Milestones:

We understand that many of the DDD consumers encounter challenging times when they graduate and age out of the school setting. This is a very difficult time for families in their search to find a “new place to call home”. Five Star is sensitive to this transitional period and works closely with the families and new members to ensure a smooth, stress free and seamless transition to the next chapter of life, becoming an adult. We have received accolades and recognition from many local schools for our successful admission of new participants and their overall satisfaction with the program as a whole.
